# agentlinkops citation alert

> Inspect the latest matching epoch for declines.

```

## Behavior and output

Reads retained epoch classifications. Without --webhook it only reports locally. Explicit webhook delivery sends the report and decline summary; a missing report or failed delivery is an error. Unknown outcomes do not trigger a decline.

## Arguments

PANEL.json \[--dir DIR] \[--webhook URL] \[--report FILE]

## Exit status

0 without declines; 1 with declines; 2 on input or delivery failure.
