Reads detected client configuration and the project-scope setup receipt, then prints JSON with configured, different or absent MCP state. It changes no files.

What happens

Detects the agent clients on this machine and reports, for each, the MCP configuration file, whether the AgentLinkOps entry is configured, different or absent, and the view it points at, plus the last setup receipt. Reads only; writes nothing.
