Prints the main CLI summary and exits 0 without reading a ledger or contacting a server.

0 on success; 2 on usage, configuration, input or request failure.

What happens

Runs without a ledger or account. A missing command or --help also prints the main summary. --version prints the installed CLI version without reading a ledger or calling the service.
