List cloud commands by toolset from the bundled catalog snapshot. An unknown toolset returns exit 2 with the available names. The bundled snapshot shows 152 launch customer commands in 13 toolsets. Live refresh reflects the connected identity and deployment: operators retain their full catalog. For customer connections, webhook commands are listed only where delivery is enabled. Ordinary roles and scopes do not grant operator access. Retained scoped AI and webhook calls remain callable by known name for console and ledger compatibility while unlisted.

TOOLSET narrows it to monitoring, classification, evidence, discovery, baseline, competitors, internal-links, reports, workspace, notifications, disavow, lifecycle or digests.JSON declares defaults.tier as deferred and omits tier on deferred rows; it retains each name, toolset and read/write indicator. Both forms keep names and safety markers but omit per-command summaries when the full index exceeds its token estimate; a single toolset keeps them. --refresh needs a configured origin and credential: API-key connections read GET /v1/commands?include=schemas; saved OAuth connections read the MCP flat listing and hydrate authoritative descriptions.Output is JSON when stdout is not a terminal or --json is given.
