Behavior and output
Requires an explicit positive estimated USD reservation ceiling. Uses the run engines, budget rules and separate browser egress journal. Reserves the output path before any measurement. Partial budget-aborted evidence is retained with exit 2. Select a mock panel for an offline run. The frozen inventory checks retained envelopes against their observation references, digest, cell, prompt, engine and recorded sample range. Changed, missing or unreferenced envelopes remain invalid or missing; they do not establish citation absence. Unknown observations stay unknown. Conflicting observation identities stop the operation. The inventory keeps the historical local evidence digest separate from its checksum of the exact retained bytes. Existing files are not rewritten. The historical digest does not authenticate screenshot pixels.Arguments
