Start with your website address. Find my backlinks retrieves links from a third-party backlink index and runs initial checks within the offered scope. You review the results before adding links to recurring monitoring. You do not need to upload an export or know the publisher URLs first.
  1. Open the app and choose your website. If it is not listed, add it through the website picker when your role allows it.
  2. Open Find backlinks and choose Find my backlinks. Home can also offer this starting action.
  3. Read the lookup’s estimate and any confirmation shown for your workspace. On the shared-credit policy, the lookup includes its initial verification; selected links have their own monitoring schedule afterward.
  4. Wait for the saved search to finish. You can leave the page and return to its progress and results.
A recent saved search can reopen without buying another lookup. New search requests fresh work. Adding a website alone does not mean its backlinks have been retrieved or that monitoring has started. If the action is unavailable, check your website selection, workspace access and capability status. You can also import a backlink export. Connected Bing Webmaster Tools can supply saved backlinks through the app when that connection is available. A backlink index has already collected links from the web. Looking up your domain retrieves records from that index, so results can arrive before your own site is scanned. The returned set has coverage limits and source dates; it is not a complete inventory of every link to your website. Keep these counts and dates separate:
  • Indexed links: what the supplier reports for the website.
  • Retrieved links: the records this search saved for you to inspect.
  • Checked links: pages AgentLinkOps checked, with their own time and outcome.
  • Monitored links: the placements you chose to keep checking over time.
A supplier’s saved status or score is not a fresh page observation. Read the completed check, matched target and time before describing a placement as live. An unsuccessful or blocked check stays unknown; a missing search result does not prove a link is gone.

Choose what to monitor

Review the linking pages, destination pages, anchor text and available scores. The app preselects live links while leaving likely spam unticked. Review that selection and untick any you do not want. Spam scores and repeated URL patterns are review signals, not proof of link quality or a reason to disavow automatically. Choose Monitor all N links for the current preset selection, or Monitor N links after choosing individual rows. Read the count and any plan-room confirmation before proceeding. Unselected rows stay search results. Added links appear in Links and follow their monitoring schedule; a suitable recent check can be retained, otherwise the first check is queued. Already paused links keep their paused status. Links that do not fit your plan are not added later automatically. Monitoring changes explains what happens after you start watching placements.

Ask your agent to review the results

Connect your agent, then give it the saved search rather than asking for another lookup:
For a new agent-led lookup, use prepare_domain_baseline to read the offer or saved run. After the user’s decision, start_domain_baseline starts the prepared work with explicit consent and a stable retry key. Read progress with get_domain_baseline and page through list_domain_baseline_candidates. Reuse the original identifiers after a lost response.
