Validation and omitted values

Requires watches:read. Lists retained inventories for the selected project, ordered by creation time and identifier, newest first. The maximum page size is 100; expired snapshots are excluded. Omit cursor for the first page, then use nextCursor with the same project. Creation or expiry can change the listing and invalidate its cursor. Restart without a cursor when the selection changes. Read individual snapshot progress before processing or comparing evidence. Listing does not capture pages or start recurring work.
