Create an editable citation panel. This writes a new panel file. The default engine is mock, and suggested prompts are not measured search demand.

Options

  • --domain HOST and --brand NAME required. --topic TOPIC changes the suggested prompt subject. Repeat --alias TEXT and --prompt QUESTION. --research FILE cannot be combined with --prompt
  • --limit 1..500 defaults to 50. --competitors FILE supplies a JSON array. --engine accepts mock (default), chatgpt:web-own-browser, grok:web-own-browser, duck or google-aio. --locale defaults to en-US
  • --country defaults to the locale suffix. --samples 1..500 defaults to 10. --max-usd is greater than zero and at most 500, default 1. --out PANEL.json requires a new file.

Exit status

0 on success; 2 on invalid input or output failure.

What happens

Uses mock by default. Suggestions are not measured search demand. Competitor target scopes share prompts with the brand supplied through --brand. Review prompts and explicitly select a supported live engine before measurement. Existing output files are refused. Research input is a JSON array of text, intent_cluster, branded and provenance (source gsc|paa|autocomplete|manual, reference, observed_at). These are user-supplied records, not demand verified by this command. Selection removes exact duplicate questions and rotates across supplied intent clusters.
