Validates and stores supplied business-context rows. Inspect refused counts; partial refusals need not fail the whole command.

FILE required. --json prints structured output except profile render, which prints its write summary
--help prints main CLI help when invoked through agentlinkops.

0 on success; 2 on usage, configuration, input or request failure.
