Remove tool-owned context. This removes the selected tool-owned context and state. Authored manual context and site-profile judgments remain.

--source gsc|site|all defaults to gsc. --json prints structured output except profile render, which prints its write summary
--help prints main CLI help when invoked through agentlinkops.

0 on success; 2 on usage, configuration, input or request failure.
