Save a prior single-check result to the ledger. This writes local ledger and observation records. Supply a saved agentlinkops.local-check.v1 artifact; native writer dependencies are required on supported platforms.

What happens

Validates the result artifact and writes local ledger/observation state under a writer lock. Prints a JSON adoption result. The current schema is agentlinkops.local-check.v1; a differently named schema is refused. Adoption requires the native writer dependencies on supported platforms.
