Create a ledger in the current directory. Run this once from the intended repository root. Repeating it resets saved configuration, including connection and custom-path settings; an existing ledger file remains.

0 on success; 2 on usage, configuration, input or request failure.

What happens

Creates .agentlinkops/ in the current directory and writes a fresh config.json with project and cloud set to null and empty paths/defaults objects. Running init again resets existing configuration, including saved connection and custom-path settings. The ledger at the configured path is created only if absent; an existing ledger file remains. If a legacy .linktrail/ directory exists here, run migrate first.
