Reads ledger, recorded observations and identity-bound activity state without fetching pages. Default JSON remains an array of disagreements.With --all, JSON has disagreements and placements with current evidence, latest_attempt, last_successful_observation and last_link_verification. Repeated identical checks can advance activity while the historical observation remains unchanged.A newer unknown attempt retains prior conclusive evidence and is shown separately. Complete raw absence is suspected missing unless authoritative hosted confirmation is available.Human output labels authoritative loss as confirmed missing.
