Validation and omitted values

Costs are integer currency minor units. Reports keep currencies separate and disclose missing dates. Renewal notices describe retained status and do not send messages. To change a lifecycle record, use update_link_lifecycle with the observed revision. Set or clear costMinor and currency together. Omitted fields remain unchanged; explicit null clears a field.

Output fields

Fields inside optional or nullable parents apply only when that parent exists. Common schema conventions explain evidence states, empty lists and extensions.
