Monitor selected baseline candidates

monitor_domain_baseline_candidates Monitor selected baseline links. Enroll 1 to 10 explicitly selected fresh-present links with durable per-item outcomes. Defaults to weekly. User-paused watches require explicit resume; existing cadence and retries remain unchanged.

Select1 to10 explicit candidate/job pairs bound to the saved manifest. Fresh independent present evidence is required. User-paused existing watches require explicit resume. Retry keys preserve per-item outcomes and existing cadence. No supplier calls or new source checks.

Errors and retries

The command is annotated idempotent. Reuse an accepted idempotency key when the input provides one; changing the payload under a reused key can conflict. See error recovery for status, scope, cooldown, cursor and retry handling. Unknown observations are result data and do not establish loss.
